Visitor Information
If you browse through an OPEN ASSOCIATION OF RESEARCH SOCIETY (OARS) website, read pages, or download information, certain anonymous information about your visit will automatically be gathered and stored so that OARS can continually evaluate and improve its visitors’ browsing experience. Collected information does not identify you personally.

- Which pages you visited on the OARS website

Unauthorized attempts to modify OARS websites or alteration of any information stored on OARS systems, to impair or avoid security features, or to misuse of OARS systems for other than their intended purposes, are illegal and may result in lawful disciplinary action, criminal prosecution, or both.
Personal Information
We do not insist for providing personal information from individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals during event registration, membership application etc.
The minimum age for visitors should be 13 years or older to submit information to an OARS website.
The personal information provided by you through email at the time of filling out a web page comment form is only used to respond to your message.
Personal information provided by you through registration or applications is secure and maintained according to current industry standards. Any personal information that you share with OARS is fully protected so that unauthorized people are prevented from accessing or viewing your information.
Only authorized OARS system users have access to your information.
Monetary Information
Credit card transactions are handled by established third-party banking, processing agents, and distribution institutions. All payments to OARS made by credit card over the Internet are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card. Purchases are not binding on OARS and registration is not guaranteed until such approval is received. OARS shall not be liable in any way if any financial institution refuses to accept or honor your credit card, even in error.

In transactions with OARS, while OARS will do everything within its jurisdiction to keep your personal information secure, you acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control.

A notification of claimed violation must be a written communication provided to the designated agent above, that includes substantially the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been violated, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing should be removed or access to be disabled, and communicate information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Communicate the Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, with details such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party/COMPLAINANT may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party/COMPLAINANT has a full trust that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

OARS will remove or disable access to or links to the allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a notice of claimed violation.
Should a user be found to be a repeat-offender of the copyright policy, OARS reserves the right to disable the users account on any or all OARS web properties.

Links on OARS Websites
OARS expects you to exercise discretion while browsing the Internet. Many OARS web pages link to other websites. We provide these links as a service but these websites are not controlled by OARS and we are not responsible for their changing content.

You may access any public OARS web page from personal or organizational websites. Please link to OARS instead of downloading portions of our content and pasting it on your site, so that our viewers will see our most up-to-date information. The exception to this request is OARS press releases.

Interactive Web Content
Posting on OARS Websites or Lists
- OARS interactive websites or electronic discussion groups are a service provided by OARS. It is mandatory for the participants to agree and to adhere to OARS policies.
- OARS regularly monitors its interactive websites for protecting from misuse. If unauthorized use is reported to OARS then OARS is at liberty to take suitable legal/disciplinary action which may include immediate deletion of the objectionable content as well as the right to terminate culprit’s access, without prior notice to OARS interactive websites
- OARS accepts no responsibility for the respond to suggestions/ information posted on OARS interactive websites or lists by others.
- OARS interactive websites may be used to discuss matters related to or arising out of the advancement of research activities.
