We do not insist for providing personal information from individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals during event registration, membership application etc.
The minimum age for visitors should be 13 years or older to submit information to an OARS website.
The personal information provided by you through email at the time of filling out a web page comment form is only used to respond to your message. 
Personal information provided by you through registration or applications is secure and maintained according to current industry standards. Any personal information that you share with OARS is fully protected so that unauthorized people are prevented from accessing or viewing your information.

Credit card transactions are handled by established third-party banking, processing agents, and distribution institutions. All payments to OARS made by credit card over the Internet are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card. Purchases are not binding on OARS and registration is not guaranteed until such approval is received. OARS shall not be liable in any way if any financial institution refuses to accept or honor your credit card, even in error.

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
 
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been violated, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
 
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing should be removed or access to be disabled, and communicate information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
 
Communicate the Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, with details such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party/COMPLAINANT may be contacted.
 
A statement that the complaining party/COMPLAINANT has a full trust that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
 
A declaration in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of jurisdiction, that the complaining party /COMPLAINANT is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly violated.
OARS will remove or disable access to or links to the allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a notice of claimed violation.
Should a user be found to be a repeat-offender of the copyright policy, OARS reserves the right to disable the users account on any or all OARS web properties.
