Grants

The society is emphasizing research projects that address fundamental science advances.
Funding is preferably granted to United Kingdom/United States/Indian researchers. The society will not consider submissions of grant applications looking for laboratory works or review researches. Grants are awarded on the basis of OARS credentials.
Note: Our grant program does not pay for any educational tuition, scholarships or fellowships of any kind.

Entitlement/Eligibility

  • One should hold Ph. D. degree with 3 years research experience or PG with 10 years research experience.
  • Have at least 5 international publications of his/her current stream since last 3 years.
  • If one is already Peer Reviewer/Member of Editorial Board of other international Journals
  • Executive Member or Senior Professor of University/Research Organization/Higher Education Board
  • Honors/Awards from a research organization
  • This individual has learned the basic methods of applying those concepts and techniques to common challenging situations. This individual has further demonstrated an in–depth understanding of the application of suitable techniques to a particular area of research practice.
  • He/she is magnanimous & proficient in an expertise course covering the professional code of conduct, and follows recognized standards of practice.

Grant Amounts

While grant amounts vary greatly, most range from U.S. $8,000 to $40,000. There is no fixed amount of grants awarded, but budget constraints keep the amount limited.
As Open Association of Research Society grants are intended to function as complementary provision, the society strongly inspires candidates to seek additional, concurrent funding from other funding organizations.

Grant Restrictions

Open Association of Research Society grants cannot be used for overhead, indirect costs, and other expenses not directly related to the concerned research.
Grant recipients are expected to provide the Open Association of Research Society with rights of first refusal for popular publication of their findings.
Funds cannot be used for travel to scientific/professional meetings or conferences, land acquisition, endowments, legal actions, construction of permanent field stations, or for publishing research results (in APC).
