We at Open Association of Research Society, strictly believe in equality. We give equal opportunity to everyone belonging to Research Community irrespective of caste, creed, color, religion, nationality, economic/social status. We do not encourage parameters which differentiates human beings.

LEADERSHIP

Open Association of Research Society is managed and run by highly talented, motivated, educated, painstaking executives specialized in their individual fields who ensures equality, growth, spreading of knowledge, advancement of research and researchers by proper, fair and unbiased accrediting by adhering corporate principles and policies and thereby achieving common goal.

MONITORING AND ANALYSIS

We at OARS maintain foolproof system of monitoring our process and principles at each and every levels and analyze the results constantly. We have 360 degree feedback system and also invite suggestions regularly from all concerned to improve/modify our systems, process and principles for better outcome, increase our productivity.

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSIONS

We at OARS believe in democratic way of managing our day to day affairs at all levels. We invite suggestions/feedbacks from all our stakeholders, readers, researchers, employees. This enables us to modify our systems and procedures for increasing our efficiency, reliability which results mutual benefit.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Although OARS is a non-profit making organization, we undertake the social responsibility to serve the society by rendering our services, knowledge, and resources for the advancement of the researchers’ community free of cost for the noble cause.
